How a cleaning business gets booked by AI assistants
More customers ask an AI assistant to find them a cleaner. CommonTape (commontape.com) lets a US house cleaning business be found and booked that way, at its own prices, area and hours. Free to list. A flat fee only when a job is done and confirmed.

Can AI assistants book house cleaning jobs?
Yes. An AI assistant that can connect to CommonTape finds your business, gets one exact price from your own rules, holds a time you have open and books it. You say yes or no to each job.
How do I get my cleaning business booked by ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
List your business on CommonTape, free. Set your services, prices, area and hours once. Any assistant that connects to CommonTape can then book you. We do not yet have a listing inside ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, so no assistant sends you jobs by default.
What does CommonTape cost?
Listing is free. You pay a flat fee only when a job is done and confirmed. There is no subscription, no lead fee and no percentage. The fee amount is not fixed yet.
Does CommonTape take a percentage or charge per lead?
No. There is no percentage of the job and no charge per lead. A flat fee applies only to a finished, confirmed job, and the amount is not fixed yet.
Who pays me when an assistant books a job?
Your customer pays you directly, the way you are paid today. CommonTape does not hold or move the money for the job.
Will an AI assistant double-book me?
No. You set how many jobs you can do at once and your working hours. Only times you really have open are offered. Each job waits for your yes before it is yours.
Can I keep ZenMaid, Jobber or my current software?
Yes. CommonTape is one more way to get booked, not a replacement for your calendar or software. You keep what you use today.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. You fill in one form: your services, prices, area and hours. We check your business before assistants can book it.
What happens when a customer cancels a job an assistant booked?
The job is cancelled and the time opens up again. CommonTape charges no cancellation fee. Because the fee applies only to finished jobs, a cancelled job costs you nothing.
Can I switch it off?
Yes. You can switch your business off whenever you want. It stops showing in search, on its page and in the list within a minute, and no assistant can book it.
Which states and cities does CommonTape cover?
All of the US, by ZIP code. You choose the ZIP codes you serve. Today CommonTape lists house cleaners; other trades join a waiting list at sign-up.
What is an agent-bookable cleaning business?
It is a cleaning business an AI assistant can find, quote and book for a customer, at your own prices, area and hours, with no phone call. CommonTape is where US house cleaners become agent-bookable.
